Good morning-Only two more days until the family goes back to school. It has been a lot of fun around here with everyone home. We stay up late and sleep in late-but that will be changing on Monday. I know that mom has a goal of running across the country just like her dad use to do when she was growing up. She isn't going to actually run ACROSS the country but she is going to log the miles so that she can see how far she gets in one year. So far she has gone 10 miles-Only 2990 left to go-She has made it to Windsor locks-WOW she has a lot of work to do.
Well today we are contining to rejoice in the birth of Jesus so we hung out by the Nativity set this morning. This being the 9th day of christmas. We will keep the Nativty set up for the full Christmas season...12 days. Have a great day!
Three Kings Day, also known as The Epiphany, is celebrated on January 6th, twelve days after Christmas. It is often viewed as the last day of the Christmas season.
Oh you are so much better than I... I try to keep the tree and all the decorations up until at least Jan 6th. I have failed miserably this yr. Yesterday I put baby Jesus away, well I didn't put HIM away, just the Nativity scene, for another 11 months.
